I have 1 techwood tk3216hd12b TV. I changed the 2 led ramps.
On the vestel 17ips62 board, I changed the sr5100 and uf5402 diodes.+ the 68mF 100V condo and still no image. Than the sound.
If I put a ramp of LEDs on the 2, (inverting one after the other to check that they are good), the ramp lights up, If I put the 2 >: nothing.. I have a voltage in charge of 33V5 at power board output; I think there should be good + for the 2 ramps to light up. Could the power board be out of order? the T-con card which would be faulty? OR, what else??? (I lit the screen from the inside, and there is an image that appears) thank you
