Some one can tell what logic Level for 60Hz line?
Datasheet don't mention ...

VSS is 10V for
50Hz PIN26 = VSS

60Hz PIN26 = VDD
Bought in my country and it's set to 50Hz (it's correct).
Set to 50Hz and Set to 60Hz didn't Change the divider.
