Toshiba 32C3035D tv, no backlight

Hello there!

I am a senior electronics technician, retired already, and i need your help in order to repair a TV, as shown in the subject title, which belongs to a close friend of mine.
I have already downloaded the zipped file, but I cannot open it, while I am an "old timer" technician, not familiar at all with computer technology, software issues etc. Therefore, all I need is its schematic alone. I wonder if you can do me this favor, sending it to me in a pdf form. I have spent many hours trying to follow your instructions in order to read the downloaded one, but in vain, with no result.
I stopped troubleshooting it, after many hours searching in blind.
The problem it has, is that the backlight lamps are not lighting up. The power relay clicks on, but after a while it turns of. I checked all the voltages. Everyone of them is there, except the "order" POWER_LCD", which doesn't show up. It seems that there is a short circuit there, at its source, but it is impossible to find where it comes from and I am afraid that the source is the microprocessor itself. Anyway, at the destination point of this "order", at the pcb which contains three small dc/dc converters, I found an smd transistor with all its electrodes open to each other. But after replacing it, still nothing happened, and then I saw that the "order" does not appear any longer.
Next, i took a sample of the switched 5,1V, having it isolated by a 1N4148 diode and using a current dropping 1kOhm resistor, in order to see what happens. The non operating dc/dc converter now turns on, but still the backlight lamps are not. This is the point I have stopped. I forgot to mention that the two big electrolytic caps (820μF/35V) on the inverter pcb were found bulged and I had them also replaced. I didn't find anything else problematic there through my static measurements.

Any help will be appreciated!
Thank you in advance!

Paris
