TP13 on preamp schematics for the CRATE GX-140C GX-140D

Maybe I'm overlooking the notation; but, I am unable to locate the test point labelled 13 (13vp-p). Is that cp2 of the clock chip? I just want to make sure I'm barking up the right tree (enlighten me, please).
