Yamaha PSR-I455 no audio from speakers

Hi. 
No audio from Yamaha PSR i455 electronic keyboard. It powers on. All buttons and keys are functioning. No audio from speakers, tweeter and also the phones jack.
Already checked / done the following:
Tested power adapter. 
Factory reset. 
Test Run. 
Assuming amp failure.

Kindly make the service manual / solution available.

No sound. 
Have done the following: 
Checked adapter...giving 16v.
Replaced adapter to 12v.
Done factory reset. 
Run complete test... All OK. 
Except sound.
I don't have an oscilloscope. 
Replaced amp chip and rectifier. 
It powers on. All buttons are functioning. Speakers and tweeters are working... Checked with battery charge. 
Please advise.
