Yamaha RX-V477 No Power after a power surge

My Yamaha AV reciever RX-V477 damaged after a AC line power surge for a brief moment. Observed no internal component damage, but the input power board PCB relay does not operate. Only the indicator is on. Appreciate your help to solve this problem.
