Yamaha S30 Eprom files

Hello, 

I have a Yamaha S30 and unfortunately the 2 EPROM got corrupted (Already tested everything and downloaded program from the EPROM, read all 0xFFFF).
I would be grateful if someone have the original Eprom files so I can burn new chip.
The Eprom are 27C160.
