Adott ez a FET. Egy LED vezérlőben van, de sok a LED, kevés az áram :) Ki kellene cserélni valami TO220 tokos FET-re, ami normálisan hűthető, és elvisz üzemi 30A áramot folyamatosban.
Próbáltam IRFZ48-at, de egyrészt baromi meleg, másrészt furán viselkednek a LED-ek, nem azonnal nyit ki, vagy nem igazán tudom.
Scope-pal megnézni nem tudom, mert be van falazva, és beépítve, elég nagy macera oda bármivel is odabújni. Valahogy kicserélni még ki tudom, de kísérletezni nehéz.
Szerintetek mit tegyek oda, ami jó helyette? Jelenleg működik, csak gyakorlatilag kiolvasztja magát a FET fél óra után.
Meghajtó egy CD4050, illetve gate előtt egy 10ohm, GND fele meg 47K. Valami gyári cucc.
