Dear all,

this TV, Hisense H60N5705 installed in a conference room, turns off automatically a few minutes after being switched on.

The problem started to occur suddenly, during a video conference. It was switched on with the remote control, continued to work for a while and then switched off again.

The room technician changed the power cable (?), the HDMI cable (??) but the problem of course remained.

I asked if it changes anything by connecting the TV to another source but, even if it is left on the OSD menu, it stays on for a few minutes and then switches off.

So they took the TV (a 60’ which is not easy to handle) to the lab and asked me to check it.

I still have to open it up, but I don't have the schematic diagrams and should proceed by trial and error, although I imagine a problem with the power supply stage.

How do you suggest I proceed, since I don't do TV but RF ?

Hola: baje el diagrama de la fuente RSAG7.820.5687. Pero no tiene valores las resistencias R963, 961, 962, 904, 965 y 966. Alguien podría proporcionarme los valores de estás resistencias. Por favor??

Segítség kellene!Egy cimborám szólt,hogy a fent nevezett tv-je furán viselkedik.Bár már nem igazán dolgozom a szakmámban és LCD-hez pedig semmi tapasztalatom mégis a hiba elmondása alapján talán eeprom vagy opció probléma lehet.Azt mondta először nem állt meg csatornakereséskor nem tudja beállítani a csatornákat és most pedig a távirányítóra sem reagál (a távszi jó )mindha kizárta volna magát a tv-ből???!Esetleg valakinek volt már ilyen tv-vel hasonló tapasztalata vagy ötlete ?
