Segítségeteket szeretném kérni HILTI TDA-VC 40 típusú ipari porszívó javításához.
A hibajelenség hogy a porszívó motorja sem manuális, sem fogyasztás vezérelt üzemmódban (ilyenkor a rákapcsolt fogyasztó pl. horonymaró áramfelvétele automatikusan indítaná be a porszívót) nem indul be. "Vibrátor" funkciója mely segítségével a szűrőből kirázza a port, működik.
Az u2008-at cseréltem félvezetők ellenállások végigmérve, de nem indul.

Sziasztok , egy szalagfűrészt hajt a motor és elmondás szerint a meghajtás oldali része , nagyon meleg . Először csapágyra gondoltam , az csendes , de szerintem meleg az egész csak hátul a ventilátor erőteljesen hűti a külsöjét , mert egy idő után le is tilt , és mikor kihűl újra indítható . van egy 230Uf indító kondi , meg 30uf üzemi . címkéjén 3 f , de gyárilag , monófázis . Rá mértem induláskor 23A , mikor fel pörög terhelés nélkül 5,2A amit soknak találok .

Egy kedves ismerősöm megkért,hogy segítsek egy motor bekötésével kapcsolatban!
Mivel nem igazán van a közelben így gondoltam megkérdezlek benneteket mert biztos van olyan szaki köztetek aki már látott ilyen motort és esetleg a bekötését is tudja!
Minden segítséget és rajzot illetve bekötési segédletet előre is köszönök!
