Szép Estét!
E 19" lcd monitor tápjával kapcsolatban lenne kérdésem.
203D6 (NCP1203D60R2G) ícével működik.
Én balga véletlenül széttörtem a fet G-D lábán lévő z205-ös zenert.
Mérésre 10 ohmot mutatott.
Nem tudja valaki az értékét?
Valszeg több cég monitorban is használják ezt a tipust.
Adatlapot találtam, de azon nem szerepel.
A fetes kapcsolásokban van általában, de elég változó az értéke.

Ennem a monitornak az a baja hogy egy percig van kép utána elsötétül, átkondizáson már túl vagyok, de akkor is csak egy percig jó, a tápfeszültségek meg vannak, a kijelző led is világít, 12V, 5V meg van. Mi lehet még?
SZiasztok!!!van egy ilyen jellegü monitorom de sajna nem találok hózzá drivert nem tudna nekem segiteni valaki mer igy sajna nem tudom használni.mert a képet tejes negativba adja ki mint ha egy elöhívatlan képet nézegetnék de lehetséges hogy a monitor nem jó??????????nem tudom!!!!!!!kérlek segitsetek..elöre is KÖSSZIIIIII

Kisméretü video monitor kapcsoloüzemü hálozati fokozatában található PWR(FET meghajtó) smd ic-hez keresek segitséget. Hibajelenség ;egyszerüen a táp leál az emlitett smd ic felmelegitésével ujból müködik majd ujból leál és ez már a harmadik készülék ugyanevel a hibával.A megszokot 8 lábas helyet egy kisméretü 6 lábas smd ic van benne ,sajnos a kodjelét (HCP35 vagy CP35) sehol sem tudtam azonositani ,ehez kérek segitséget .A jobb megértéshez kirajzoltam a kapcsolási rajzát amit melékelek.Elöre is köszönöm.
