My PSR-E333 has the same problem.
Factory reset / Memory clear didn't solve it.
Stereo-Signal goes to Inputs of PowerAmp BA5417,
(can be amplified when connected to active PC speakers)
but there is no output signal going to the speakers detectable.
Replaced the BA5417, but nothing changed.
Any ideas what to check next?
Thanks for your answer!
I have the very same issue. I have got the same model of the keyboard. I did not play it for a long time. Display still works, but there is no sound from speakers neither from headphones. What was the solution, please?

Hallo Stephan!
Überprüfen Sie die Trennkontakte an der Telefon- / Ausgangsbuchse.
