Hi all,
when I was a teenager, I got a Midland 13-871 CB-Radio as a present from my Dad, when he died I found it among his stuff (after 30+ years!) and would love to use it again, but the microphone went missing, can someone help me to re-wire a modern one or find a replacement, it has a 6mm jack-connection.

Hi,as I see, it`s a 3-pin jack: signal in & a switch, but pinout?...OK, on one pin you can measure a +12-13V (if relay1 isn`t switched to GND)-> these pin is to give to the switch of your new mike.GND is to find out (to these can you measure the spoken 12-13V) and thanthe 3. one contact must be your signal input from the new mike...Otherwise; https://grumpy.proboards.com/thread/8429/midland-13-877
