To all helpful people! I solved the problem. Once I knew how to enter the service mode menu, it was clear the settings were messed up. Attached two pictures with the extra service menu items F1 and F2 for your reference. Thanks again! BR Maarten Dear All, Perhaps you can help me with the problem below. The monitor shows a red background, looks like there is no green. This happens with VGA and DVI signals. But the OSD menu is ok. (Also the manufacturer logo when powered on looks ok to me.) Could this be a firmware or settings problem? Or is the scaler (TSUM56AK) defect? Does this monitor has a service menu where these color settings can be reset? (The user menu settings are fine.) Sziasztok! Keresem a címben szereplő monitor rajzát. Az inverter elhalálozott. A csövek működnek, külön mindegyik kipróbálva. Gyula

Sziasztok! Segítséget, ötletet kérnék tőletek a fent említett géphez. Rövid ideig tökéletesen működik majd kiapcsol és újra indul mintha új bekapcsolás lenne bejelentkező felirat és aztán a rendes kép.Nem stby-ra áll. Amikor nem működik akkor is a tápok tökéletesek egyedül az on-off 0-3.2V ponton van változás.Ez aztán szinte periódikussá vállik.A vga kábel OK. Minden ötletet szívesen veszek . Üdv .Laci

Szép napot az uraknak Szeretném megkérdezni a hozzáértőket a következő hibáról , van egy, a címben szereplő 2 éves monitorom ,és most olyat csinál, hogy nem őrzi meg a beállításaimat, ha leválasztom a hálózati áramról . Azt szeretném kérdezni van-e ezekben a készülékekben valamiféle memória akku ,vagy máshol keresendő a hiba forrása? Köszönettel :Egerfogó
