Keresem a fenti típusú orosz kis oszcilloszkóp tápegységében zárlatossá vált "04BV4" (cirillről átírva) TO-126 tokozású tranzisztor adatait. Már az is segítene, ha tudnám NPN vagy PNP típusról van-e szó, illetve a lábkiosztását megtudnám. A tápnak ez a része a vízszintes illetve függőleges erősítőknek szolgáltatott tápfeszt, így egyik sem működik, illetve a pozícióállítás sem megy. Erről a szkópról semmilyen dokumentációt nem találtam a neten

Fenti műszer kontakthibás kijelzővel került hozzám. Talán ez megoldódott, a csatlakozó tisztításával.
Elmondás szerint régebb óta, vízszintes irányban megfordult a kép, mint egyes hordozható tv-knél, amit ott menüből lehetett váltani.
Itt semmi lehetőséget nem találtam. Gondoltam egy gyári visszaállításra.
A kezelési utasításban sincs benne egyértelműen, a "gyári beállítás".
A benne levő szoftver a V2.5.

Most 123e ft bruttó lenne egy ilyen szkóp, milyen műszer lehet ez?

Van egy ilyen műszerem, de használni nem tudom mert a foglalatok nem EU szabványúak.
Valakinek lenne infója ezen foglalatok bekötéséről? Esetleg használ-e valaki ilyen műszert?
A volt tulaj szerint át van alakítva 230V-ra, bár én ennek nem sok nyomát látom...
Minden infó jól jönne.
