A fenti alkatrész egy autófűtő ventilátorban van 2db. Minden irányban szakadt mindenféle mérésre. A gugliban nem találtam semmit. A vezérlő fesz a mi az autóból jön 1v-5v van 8 lépésben.

A jelzett digit. tranzisztort TO-92S tokozásban nem tudom beszerezni, csak SMD kivitelben. Amennyiben tud valaki beszerezhető helyettesítő típust ajánlani, kérem, segítsen.
ZX7-140 inverteres hegesztő rajzot keresek.A jelenség:kimeneten semmi, hibajelző led világit,egy 100 ohm 0,125w ellenállás égett. Teljesítmény félvezetőket mértem, jók.Ha valaki találkozott ilyennel,kérem segítsen.

sziasztok: hoztak egy címbeli feliratú gépkocsi kürtöt, van benne elektronika, de le van öntve valami fekete anyaggal, a nyomtatás is, egyedül egy 4093-as IC-tfelejtettek ki.
Egyenlőre semmilyen itthoni oldószer nem oldja.
Van-e valakinek erről rajza?
