A fent említett erősítő hibás csatornájának hiányzó felső amplitudóját sikerült helyreállítani , viszont azzal a gonddal kűzdöm ,hogy nem szép a jel alakom. Ugye van egy egy potink csatornánként ami ezt hivatott megoldani. Ha betekerem megfelelőre akkor nagyon megnő a nyugalmi áramom a betáp oldalon , terhelés nélkül. A jó oldalnál rendben van a jelalak , be is tudom tekerni , pont úgy viselkedik ahogy kell. A nyugalmi áramom ilyenkor 2A körül mozog , úgy hogy megy mindkét oldal , viszont ha a jelalak rendben van akkor 10A körül mozog ami horror :)
Végfoksort kellene cserélnem mert nagy a szivárgóm?
Kiegészítem , mert a cím nem adja meg az összes információt , hiába van rajz az oldalon az erősítőröl.
Fet-es AB osztály IRF640 , IRF9640 párral . A problémám a két félperiódus illesztésénél keletkező eltolás , ha a munkapontot oda állítom ,hogy szép legyen a jelalak akkor elszabadul az áram ,és természetesen emiatt hőmegfutás is létrejön.

A fenti Yamaha tuner erősítő St.by-ból való bekapcsoláskor azonnal kikapcsol. Ha egy soros ellenással sorba kötöm, (kb. 130V kerül a gépre) kifogástalanul működik. Így szoktam indítani a zárlat-gyanús készülékeket. A tápok jók (látszólag), brumm minimális. Ahogy a működő készülékre rákapcsolom a direkt tápot (220V), ismét azonnal kikapcsol. A trafó is látszólag jó, mert ha 220V ot kapcsolok rá, alig van áramfelvétele. Találkozott már valaki hasonlóval?

I have and found most of the voltages as indicated on the circuit diagram, till op amp M 5218P; are near those specifed. The output on the centre of the two power transistors of both the channels are also alright.
While looking at the voltages on test points as mentioned on the page 7 for setting up quiscent current, these cannot be set.
Bit of history, the amplifier was lying unused for long time. Nothing in it has burnt. It was never opened earlier than this time, couple of days back.

While I was probing for voltages with DMM, with probe on collector of TR413 one of the fuses blew up. Later same thing happened on the other channel as well.
With the above as background can a Good Samaritan figure out feasibility of repair.

Egy Sony CDX-M730-as, lenyíló előlapos autórádiónak az előlap vagy kijelző fóliája eltörött, kikoszolódott. Jelenleg a készülék nem használható.
Érdeklődtem a márkaszervizben (RMD), annyit tudtak mondani, hogy ennek a készüléknek már nem beszerezhető a fóliája.
Most akkor _MIT TEGYEK_ ??? Csak nem kellene még ezért kidobni...
