On 170mm automatic play is ok (after use Start bottom),on 330mm is no arm move.What"s solution?

Hi radiogaga,
Are you sure, you placed a 300 mm black vinyl record on the platter?
If the outer 33 rpm size recognition opening sees light from the ‘light tower’ (or any other external light), the arm doesn’t move to avoid stylus damage.

This fully automatic turntable gets the information by means of 2 phototransistors receiving light through the small rectangular openings in the rubber mat, which size or if any record lies on the platter.
If you use another mat then the original you fool the automatic.

By the way as I see your English is not very strong, nevertheless you could say Hello, goodbye and thanks.

I know about pfoto sensors,and mat is orginal,but one diameter works OK,the second is dead.

In this model of Denon under the plate is any photo sensor.3 sensors are under the arm.What suprise:)
