Talking on another fórum they tell me that if it have no Transformers on the input they tell me they 230V have a type of capacitor dropper to drop to 5V the main power.
The IC is probably of the family that you told me.

The circuit board...
it recives as input 230V AC.
It is described as new sensor relay in seels, and its realy an ic relay with a counter and a thermostat!
Not a fancy 5Volt MCU.
Ho will put and mcu on a toaster? It was for comunication with the phone to tell the bred was ready?
