Sirs,
Im looking for a Spice model of the BJT 2SC2498, until now i got one model that it says its compatible, but, in ltspice works as expected, but in reality it didn't work.
Some one can indicate me where i can find that model?
Google didn't help.

Hi rjcamatos,
If you can't find a solution to the problem, do try with the Labcenter Proteus circuit simulations

Tanks for sugestion, but most of Spice software does not have models for VHF/UHF components.
O try to search for that model and compatibles but it looks like missing of VHF/UHF models.

Hi,
I see they are looking for spice UHF model on the many forums but few can be found.

Hi!
PSpice library (old Release 9.2, for example) contains the model of the transistor you are looking for (page 231)
or create Your own model: https://www.youspice.com/spice-modeling-of-a-bjt-from-datasheet/

Tanks,
But there is a problem, the datasheet does not describ all the required parameters!

Hi: If the model not found on the manufacturer's site then the reliability of the model is always in question. I found these three types "side by side". Both models can be found on the net.
The compatible types - let me attach them too:

Tank you very mutch, this models are complet difrent from the one that i have, hope so that the LTSpice simulation Will BE similar to the prototype circuit that i made.
Go on testing :)
Good Hollydays
