Ut70c multimeter not measure resistor and voltages

Hi.
I have problem with my ut70c multimeter it s not meaning proper not showing resistor value and not ac or DC volts 
What can I do please guide me

Hi Fraz,

Check the rotary switch, it often causes similar failure.
Disassemble and clean the PCB, and contacts
