You will need a transformer that supplies 2x22V AC and 2x30V AC. It is unlikely that you will get the voltage required for the lamps with the same transformer. Therefore, I think a small auxiliary transformer will be needed for this purpose. Or an additional conversion for LED lighting and the associated driver circuit.
Or finding and cannibalizing a same AKAI donor device.
