In most hybrid integrated stereo amplifiers, the preamplifier is tube-based and the power amplifier is solid-state. But is there (or was there ever) a hybrid integrated amplifier where it's the other way around?

It's a shame that this method is not common for hybrid amplifiers.

In today's world, anyone can find the amplifier that suits them (if they have enough money).
I listen to a transistor amplifier (Bryston) and I like its sound.
There must be better, but this is what I could afford for now.
