Does it mean that the screen is dead or do you think it’s only a lamp which has to be changed ?

The problem is probably with the backlight of the display, but it is not solved with a lamp, but with a special film.
If it is working properly, it will glow blue.
The display is LCD, but without the backlight, the described error occurs.
Its repair requires a trained specialist.
