Szuksegem lenne surgosen egy kiégett 1,4V zener dioda (ZF 1V4) helyettesitesere, kornyekemen csak 2,2V-s a legkisebb, de emlekszek hogy valamelyik Radio Tehnika vagy Hobby Elektronika ujsagban volt valami tranzisztoros helyettesito kapcsolas, de most sehogy se hogy megtalaljam.
Ha valakinel keznel van legyen szives kozolje..

Hozzám került egy PIC vezérlésű gázadagoló, ami egy levegőszelepet vezérel, ezáltal szabályozva az átáramló gáz (jelen esetben egy akvárium oxigénje)mennyiségét. Sajnos megállt, mint délben a nap, rezonátora nem rezeg, RV oszcillátorral elindítva sem csinál semmit. Tervezett elavulás? így volt programozva?

Egy 16 állású bináris kapcsoló van benne 4 kimenettel, egy 16C54-es PIC és egy triak. A kérdésem az lenne, milyen frekvenciával kapcsolgathat? Egy 16F627-tel meg tudnám írni a programot 16 féle kitöltési tényezőre, de nem tudom, a szelep hogy dolgozna.

Mikor a tulaj megtudta, mibe kerül egy PIC és annak programozása, megfogadta a tanácsom, és vett egy sima kézi szelepet.

üdv: Van egy ilyen kábel, ami a NAVI-ba megy, milyen feszültségeknek kell kijönni rajta
Majdnem minden érintkezőn 12 V-ot mérek, nem tartom normálisnak.
Eddig csak 5 V-os navi táplálással találkoztam
Még nem szedtem szét, mert össze van hegesztve
