Hoztak egy előtétet, J13007-es tranzisztorokkal. Próbál indulni, de nem tud felpörögni. Hibás alkatrészt még nem találtam benne. Mi szokott ezekkel előfordulni?

User error, mind a 4 (!) égő ki volt égve!
Sziasztok,
van nálam egy AbTronic fitnesz öv. Ennek az elektronika panelján van egy sot 23 -s tokozású alkatrész. A típusát keresem. Az alkatrész tetejére 1D van nyomtatva. SMD code book -ban ezeket találtam:

Ezek közül vajon melyik lehet?? Elképzelhető, hogy a panelon levő nem jó. Nekem otthon ilyenem van: BC 817-40 Tranzisztor, NPN, 1,5A / 45V, SMD
Esetleg ezzel helyettesíthető?

A fenti cirkó beázott, és leállt. Első körben a 220-as tápegysége állt le, jól látszott a beázás, és a víz okozta átvezetések, égések. Jó volna egy rajz, mert a táp IC-n kívül még jó néhány alkatrész is károsodott, pl. SMD kondenzátorok is. Egyesek zárlatosak lettek, mások elégtek, megszakadtak. Érték, poziciószám pedig nincs feltüntetve.
Megköszöném, ha valaki tudna segíteniegy tápegység-rajzzal.
A panelról este küldök egy képet.
