ICOM ic-T7H / saved memory disappear after turn on power

we have a problem about ICOM ic-t7h so we would like recommended how to solve/ It can memory channel but after turn off and turn on memory channel disappear

If power off or battery eject?
If battery eject: internal battery need change.

Hello!

The radio is IC15: X25080SI-2.7 stores memorized channels in Eeprom, there is no internal battery.smiley

Hello Lek !

Download the user manual, you will find the storage of the channels in it. To be safe, reset the radio.
